Category: Office Services Local Austin Company currently needs 2 receptionist to help out during their busy season for a period of 4 months maybe a little bit longer. The job duties would be: - to greet people in the lobby so must have firiendly personality -Answer a 6 line phone system -recieve and send out pachages -know basic knowledge of microsoft word, excel -Must be flexible on work schedule -Must be able to work 3/12 throu 3/26 with no days off The position pays $10 per hour The first position would start 12/14 and would go through 04/09 the second position would start 01/18 and go thrugh 04/30. They would would 8 hours days but would change in on occation to overlap for coverage so the candidate must be flexible. To cover on the dates of 03/12 through 03/26 that will be a 16 day coverage will need to be available cover the an 8 hours shift to overlap fromom 6am to 9pm with no days off.
